Download Q-Manager® for Windows

There are two ways to install the newest full release of ABF Q-Manager® for Windows:

1.	Install from the web will install Q-Manager for Windows via the internet and requires you to be connected to the ABF website during the duration of the installation process.
2.	Download the Q-Manager for Windows installation file to your computer and run the installation file on your computer.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We strongly recommend that you download the installation file instead of using Install from the Web if you do not have a fast connection (T1,Ethernet,Cable,etc.) Current users of Q-Rate for Windows version 1.2.0 need to upgrade to the newest release of Q-Rate. Installation on Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP machines requires the user to be in administrator mode for the installation to work properly.

	Download Q-Manager installation file
	Be sure to close all other Windows applications before installing.
	Download Q-Manager  for Windows version 1.4.5 23.2 MB (2.5 min on a T1 line | 32 min at 128k|1 hr 12 min at 56k)
	Please read QMinstall for further instructions on how to install Q-Manager after you finish downloading the installation file.

	Install ABF Q-Manager for Windows via the Internet
	Be sure to close all other Windows applications before installing.
	(Click the Install button above to install ABF Q-Manager for Windows Version 1.4.5). If you can't see the install button, please install the InstallFromTheWeb Client as described below. IE and Netscape users: If you do not already have the InstallFromTheWeb Client, download the Client installer file now and double-click it to have the Client automatically install on your system. After the Client installation is complete, click here to enable the blue InstallFromTheWeb Install button.

Note: Electronic Bill of Lading features from Q-Manager require Microsoft Data Access Component(MDAC) version 2.5
