AutoTrack
The AutoTrack tool enables you to automatically receive real-time pickup and delivery notifications for all shipments or for those inbound or outbound to a select group of your locations.
Step by Step Guide
To access this feature, you must be logged on to the site. You may
request a password
or
logon now
.
Using AutoTrack
Select the type of shipment for which you would like to receive notifications.
Select when and what locations you would like to receive notifications. Select either pickups, deliveries, or both.
Verify your email address or enter a new one. You may also send notifications to two additional recipients.
Click "Setup E-mail Notification(s)".

How often can I change my selections?
You can change your selections as often as needed.
How current is the data in the email?
All reported status information is taken from real-time sources.
How do I turn on / turn off notifications?
Simply check the appropriate boxes beside the location(s) for which you wish to receive notifications / uncheck the boxes to turn them off.
